Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best service and products. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order only before the shipping label is printed.

• Once the shipping label has been created, the order is considered processed and cannot be canceled.

• Orders cannot be partially adjust or edited.

Cancellation Fee: All cancelled orders are subjected to a 3% + $0.70 cancellation processing fee  (unless stated otherwise in the product descriptions.) We request this as this is the amount paid upfront to our credit card processors. 

Backorder and Preorder Items: Please note, cancellations are not accepted for backorder and preorder items. By purchasing these items, you agree to the terms outlined for these special orders.

If your cancellation request is approved, you have the choice of two options to decide your refund method:

Option 1: Refund to original form of payment. A Cancellation Fee of (3% + $0.70) will be charged against total refund amount.

Option 2: Refund in store credit. No Cancellation Fee incurred, keep the full refunded amount. However, you can only use this store credit at quicktcg.com.
