Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best service and products. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order only before the shipping label is printed. Once the shipping label has been created, the order is considered processed and cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee: All cancelled orders are subjected to a 3% cancellation processing fee + $0.70 restocking fee (unless stated otherwise in the product descriptions.) We request this as this is the amount paid upfront to our credit card processors. Orders cannot be partially adjust or edited. Once an order has a shipping label created, it cannot be cancelled.

Presale and Preorder Items: Please note, cancellations are not accepted for presale and preorder items. By purchasing these items, you agree to the terms outlined for these special orders.
