Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping details below:
Shipping Methods: We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for all our shipments. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. Occasionally for larger-sized order we will elect Fedex Express as the shipping carrier.
Lost & Theft Coverage Information
Customers have the option to elect to add Shipping Coverage to their order.
If Shipping Coverage is elected:
QuickTCG LLC will be the entity that handles and files the insurance claim on your behalf with our shipping insurer, Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc.
If you feel the need the file for an insurance claim, please reach out to support@quicktcg.com for any of the Accepted Insurance Claim Reasons below.
Accepted Insurance Claim Reasons:
1. Lost In-Transit: Any indication that is displayed or shown by the carrier that your package is lost in-transit. This is typically shown in tracking information.
2. Damaged Packaging: If your package is damaged externally, you may be eligible for an insurance claim depending on severity. Please immediately take pictures of the package with the attached shipping label in the image. Your Name and Shipping Address must be visible. Do not open the package (unless instructed by QuickTCG LLC) and keep aside until the insurance claim is finalized. Returning the package to QuickTCG LLC may be required by Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc.
3. Damaged Items: If your order item(s) have been damaged, you may be eligible for an insurance claim depending on severity. Please immediately take pictures of the item(s) alongside the packaging's shipping label with your Name and Shipping Address visible. Do not open the item(s) (unless instructed by QuickTCG LLC) and keep aside until the insurance claim is finalized. Returning the package to QuickTCG LLC may be required by Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc.
4. Scanned as Delivered, but Not Found: In some cases, the shipping carrier may not deliver the package to the correct address. In this case, please contact support@quicktcg.com to start your insurance claim. Additional information and evidence may be required from your end to provide to Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc.
5. Observed Theft: In some cases, if you observe theft of your package (security camera footage or witnessed in-person) a police report may or may not be required. In this case, please contact support@quicktcg.com to start your claim. Additional information and evidence may be required from your end to provide to Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc.
Disclaimer: Any claim for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be truthful and supported by verifiable evidence. The submission of any false or fraudulent claims constitutes insurance fraud and may result in denial of the claim, permanent refusal of service, and referral to shipping carriers, insurers, and/or law enforcement for investigation and prosecution under applicable state and federal law.
Shipping Calculations: Shipping costs are at a fixed rate that QuickTCG determines and are subjected to periodic change.
Occasionally, there are Free Shipping promotions based on order amount.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 0-3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number to the associated email you provided during checkout once your order has shipped.
Delayed Fulfillment: Situations may arise if there exists any damaged items or delayed preorder/order shipments. QuickTCG will reach out via email to update you on the current status of any these types of delays. If your order is not fulfilled by the expected date (which is provided in either the product title or product description), you may request to cancel your order for a full refund. However, orders may not be cancelled for any preorders that have not past the expected fulfillment date. Chargebacks are not accepted for any delayed fulfillment preorder/orders at anytime. If a chargeback is made against QuickTCG LLC, any corroborating evidence and our shipment policies will be provided to your card-issuer in the dispute. If the chargeback is decided in our favor, any fees associated with the chargeback will be deducted from your order value. Your account with us will be terminated and any associated shipping address will be automatically restricted in our system if a chargeback attempt is made.
Delayed In-Transit: Orders that have been received by the shipping carrier within our 0-3 business day window are considered fulfilled. Any shipping delays that are presented by the shipping carrier is not the responsibility of QuickTCG LLC. QuickTCG LCC has the responsibility to ensure that shipment tracking is scanned as "Delivered". Chargebacks are not accepted for any delayed fulfilled orders at anytime. If a chargeback is made against QuickTCG LLC, any corroborating evidence and our shipment policies will be provided to your card-issuer in the dispute. Your account with us will be terminated and any associated shipping address will be automatically restricted in our system if a chargeback attempt is made.
