Thank you for shopping with us at QuickTCG LLC. We take pride in providing high-quality trading cards and memorabilia to our valued customers. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to read our return and refund policy in detail to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

1. General Return Policy

We understand that buying trading cards online can be a different experience than shopping in person. However, due to the nature of collectible items and the unique condition of each product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please carefully review the following terms regarding our return policy:

2. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange, depending on availability and your preference. To ensure a smooth return process, we require the following steps:

Step 1: Inspection Upon Arrival
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and its contents immediately. If you notice any damage, take clear photographs of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it was delivered in. These images will be necessary to process your claim.

Step 2: Contact Us
You must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage. This ensures we can address the issue promptly and take necessary actions. You can reach our support team at support@quicktcg.com. Please include your order number, the photographs of the damage, and a description of the issue in your email or message. The photograph must include a hand written note with the exact customer name and original date of purchase.

Step 3: Evaluation and Resolution
Upon receiving your claim, our team will review the submitted photos and details of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and, if approved, either issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item, depending on availability. Please note that we may request that the damaged item be returned to us before a resolution can be finalized.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

Items that were not damaged upon arrival.

Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

Items purchased on sale, discounted, or through a promotion (unless otherwise specified).

Items where the return request is made outside of the 7-day reporting window.

4. Incorrect Address

If your item is delivered to an incorrect address due to errors made during the checkout process, or if the item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we are not responsible for issuing a refund. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

5. Misdeliveries or Theft

If you suspect that your item was not delivered properly or was stolen please reach out to support@quicktcg.com.

In some cases, USPS or UPS performs a delivery scan ahead of the package being actually delivered. We suggest waiting two business days after delivery confirmation is updated. 

If your item is marked as delivered or if a delivery scan was generated, but the package is still not able to be found, we will submit a lost or stolen package claim to the carrier on your behalf.

However, if the carrier determines that the package is not eligible for the insurance claim, we will not be able to refund you.

  • Standard Ground Shipping is eligible for an insurance claim of up to $100.
  • Protected Ground Shipping is eligible for an insurance claim of up to the full order amount.
    • This option also includes Signature Confirmation by default.

QuickTCG LLC is held fully liable for your package during transit. If your order is lost in transit you are entitled to a full refund.

However, QuickTCG LLC is not held liable for any misdeliveries, lost, or stolen packages after the delivery scan has been made.

We recommend purchasing Protected Ground Shipping if you suspect your package may be at risk at the time of delivery. This shipping method comes with fully covered insurance and Signature Confirmation.

Please reach out to your local USPS Post Office or UPS Branch to determine the location of the package or details of the delivery.

We also suggest and in some cases require submitting a police report as that may be requested as evidence for your insurance claim we submit on your behalf.

6. Shipping Costs

For any returns approved due to damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

7. Exceptions and Special Cases

While we stand by the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, we acknowledge that certain exceptional circumstances may arise. If you feel that your situation requires special attention or if there are any other issues with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any unique issues on a case-by-case basis, though our primary policy remains that all sales are final unless an item is damaged.

9. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect any misuse of our return policy, fraudulent activity, or if the terms outlined above are not followed. All returns are subject to review, and we retain the discretion to accept or deny returns based on the provided information and circumstances.
