Preorder Policy

Thank you for choosing to preorder with us! Preordering allows you to secure items before they are officially released. Please read our preorder policy below:

No Cancellations: All preorder purchases are final. Once placed, preorders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Overselling Exception: In the rare event that we oversell a preorder item or encounter stock issues, we reserve the right to cancel orders. If this occurs, affected customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

Lost or Damaged Stock: In the rare event the preorder shipment arrives at our facility completely damaged or destroyed, you are guaranteed a full refund!
