1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to the United States, and we do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. What are the shipping methods you use?
We ship using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Shipping rates and delivery times are based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You’ll see the available options and costs at checkout.
3. Are the Japanese booster boxes sealed and authentic?
Yes, all of our Japanese booster boxes are 100% sealed and authentic. We source them directly from trusted suppliers to ensure that you’re getting a genuine product.
4. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment is processed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can track it on its way to you!
5. Do you accept cancellations?
In-stock orders: Orders can be canceled only before the shipping label is printed. Once the shipping label is created, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
Any cancellations will incur a 2.9% + $0.30 fee. This is the amount QuickTCG pays to process credit card fees and is not able to be included in your refund.
Presale/Preorder items: We do not accept cancellations for presale or preorder items. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
6. What happens if an item in my order is oversold?
In the rare event that we oversell a product, we will contact you immediately and provide a full refund for any canceled items. We strive to avoid this, but we appreciate your understanding if it occurs.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed products such as booster boxes. Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If there is a defect or issue with your items, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
8. How do I know when my preorder/presale will ship?
Preorder items will ship once they are officially released and received in stock. The expected ship date will be listed on the product page. You’ll be notified when your order has shipped, and we will provide tracking details.
9. Can I combine multiple orders for shipping?
Currently, we do not combine multiple orders for shipping. Each order will be processed separately with its own shipping charge.
10. Do you sell individual cards?
At this time, we specialize in sealed Japanese booster boxes and do not sell individual trading cards. Please check back in the future as our product offerings may expand!
