Was sold the Japanese mewtwo from mega dream as a mint card

Was sold the Japanese mewtwo from mega dream as a mint card, but when I received it the card had damage on the front of the card. I counted about 14 different scratches. Maybe they’re not scratches. Could be something that went wrong when it was printed, but still. That should have been mentioned in a description instead of selling it as a mint card. Definitely not mint with the damage it has. Not upset though. Just highly disappointed.
